Solutions for Siemens Call Recording

VoIP Passive Tap Siemens Call Recording

CallCopy’s application can use port mirroring and packet sniffing technology to peform call recording on your Siemens VoIP phone system. Many VoIP protocols are supported including SIP and the Siemens H.323 protocol.

Our IP call recording solution is software based, so expensive telephony boards are not required. A single server can record up to 200 VoIP phones (physical or soft phones). For an implementation with more than 200 seats, or for some multi-site configurations, multiple servers can be configured for distributed call recording.

CallCopy can also record digital and analog phones in the same system, making your migration to VoIP call recording seamless.

Siemens Call Recording Features

OpenScape Contact Center

OpenScape Contact Center (OSCC) Suite offers flexible configuration and deployment choices including social media and customer collaboration solutions for small to large, standard to customized, and on-premises or in-the-cloud installations. The system provides multichannel inbound and outbound capabilities that improve operating effectiveness and efficiency.

OSCC provides multi-site, multichannel skills-based contact routing and a report engine for inbound voice, email, web chat, fax, voicemail and callbacks for medium to large contact centers.

cc: Discover v5.0 integrates with OpenScape Contact Center Suite to record calls on IP-telephony networks. cc: Discover uses an OpenScape user account to communicate with the system.  Its multi-tenant environment enables clients to divide users into business units.

The diagram illustrates how the Siemens PBX routes calls to agent phones and cc: Discover. OSCC generates CTI events (callstart/stop) and forwards these and other data to cc: Discover. The cc: Discover Server receives call control events, business data, and audio and provides a CTI interface to the cc: Discover Recording node, which records audio, creates call records and manages recording storage.
