The CallCopy-ShoreTel Integration module is installed on an application server and configured for native recording using a route point.

Our ShoreTel Native Call Recording solution is software based, so expensive telephony boards are not required. CallCopy can also record Digital and Analog phones in the same system, making your migration to VoIP seamless.

Network Overview

The CallCopy Server SUT is configured for native ShoreTel recording. cc: Discover is configured for ShoreTel recording. The CallCopy/ShoreTel CTI module will be installed on a ShoreWare Director system capable of receiving TAPI events for the endpoints being recorded. A route point is configured with a stack depth able to record a number of simultaneous calls.
