Inter-Tel Digital Station Tap
Inter-Tel passive tap phone recording solutions are typically wired in between the punch blocks connecting the digital set and the Inter-Tel PBX Line Card. Station Side Passive Tap call recording can capture all traffic to and from the workstation allowing D-Channel information to be gathered and stored along with the phone conversations.
Using this method, CallCopy can deliver a solution to record phone conversations, utilize desktop screen capture and serve as a full front-to-back quality management solution. All if this functionality is available without the need for CTI.
