Call Recording with Genesys
CallCopy’s cc: Discover integration with Genesys’ Customer Interaction T-Server provides a real-time CTI stream of station and agent-related events from your telephony infrastructure. This CTI data can then be paired with an audio recording method to provide recorded calls with additional metadata that would not otherwise be available to the cc: Discover suite.
The information provided by the Genesys system is flexible enough to be utilized with most CallCopy audio recording methods, including trunk side, station side, and PBX-specific methods.
This information can be utilized by the rest of the cc: Discover application suite, such as speech analytics, quality management and reporting.
