CallCopy’s training staff has prior experience working for
the world’s second largest call center outsourcer. This experience
provides you with trainers who have worked with call center programs
spanning diverse industries—from B2B support to B2C support,
inbound programs and outbound programs, sales and service, large
call centers and small centers.
A CallCopy trainer travels to your facility to conduct training
on site. The curriculum is delivered as an instructor-led classroom
training session. There is a strong emphasis on all of the key
aspects of learning: sight, sound and touch. Demonstrations and
presentations are followed by hands-on exercises to ensure your
end-users will graduate fully prepared to use cc: Discover on a
regular basis.
We educate your IT administrators on the configuration of the
cc: Discover system so they have a thorough understanding of the
touch-points cc: Discover shares with your existing data and telecommunications
networks. Our training prepares your administrators to effectively
manage and maintain the cc: Discover system.
At your request, we will follow up with a consultation webinar
after the initial training to address any questions that may arise
from your group as they begin using cc: Discover on a regular basis.
We typically reserve a 2-hour window for this consultation, but
we can take more time as necessary based on the number of users
within your organization.
