Your Account Manager will maintain regular contact to ensure your satisfaction with the system and to solicit feedback for our future development. We take our clients’ requests seriously and we work to accommodate the unique needs of your business. Proactive communication from the Account Manager is a key means of delivering a higher quality of product and service to you.

We offer remote support using Citrix GoToAssist™. This provides our support technicians with a high-bandwidth remote connection – no slowdown due to modems and phone lines. GoToAssist also provides an added level of security because we do not require uninvited access to your networks.
