Raymond Bohac
President & Chief Executive Officer
CallCopy's founder, it was Mr. Bohac's vision that first identified the market opportunity, laid the plans for the development of the cc:Discover suite, and built the team to bring the product to market. In addition to his experience in corporate finance and business development, Mr. Bohac has extensive experience in IT systems administration and application programming, specifically within the realm of Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI).

Mark Studer, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Studer brings more than 13 years of accounting, finance management and business development experience. Mr. Studer began his career at Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Senior before joining CallTech Communications as Financial Controller. As CallTech's Controller, he oversaw day-to-day financial activities of the company. CallTech operated profitably during his tenure as Controller. In 2004, Mark led CallTech through a successful acquisition by TeleperformanceUSA. His value did not go unnoticed, and TeleperformanceUSA promoted him to VP of Finance and then to CFO where he was directly responsible for evaluating and enhancing all financial programs for the company, including budgeting and financial reporting. Studer also oversaw the approval and processing of revenue and expenditures, and helped increase earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA). His experience with budgetary management and corporate accounting is an asset to CallCopy, bringing benefit to our daily operations management and our growth strategy. Mark graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University, earning a BSBA in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio and a graduate of the Capital University Master of Business Administration program.

Jeff Canter
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Canter has been working with data and telecommunications
networking for the majority of his career. He brings to CallCopy
his experience in administering both voice and data networks
as well as his skills as a software development engineer.Prior
to joining the CallCopy team, Mr. Canter worked for CallTech
Communications, where he was a senior programmer. His achievements
at CallTech include being point man on the launch of a large
VoiceXML application into the contact center's voice network,
and he was the key architect behind a powerful employee relations
management software application that is still in use at CallTech/Teleperformance
to this day. Mr. Canter has experience in database administration,
as well as CRM, ACD, IVR, and CTI applications. He is a Red
Hat Linux Certified Engineer.; Mr. Canter graduated from Capital
University, with a BA in Computer Science.

Patrick Hall
Director of Client Services
Mr. Hall’s career began at CallTech Communications,
as Network Operations Center Administrator, overseeing day-to-day
administration of the technical resources of seven contact
centers employing over 3,700 employees. Promoted to Telecommunications
Manager, Mr. Hall assumed responsibility for implementing and
maintaining CallTech's voice network and multiple ACD platforms.
He has certifications from several ACD manufacturers, including
Avaya, Aspect, Alcatel OmniPBX and eOn Communications, and
has broad experience integrating recording, IVR, and CTI applications
into the Contact Center environment. His broad range of experience
with data and telecommunications networks has been invaluable
in his role as support services engineer for CallCopy.He graduated
cum laude from The Ohio State University, earning a BA in History,
with honors.
