CallCopy’s server specifications are based on the methods of recording your telephone calls and the size of your system. We will account for planned expansion when deciding which server is right for you. 

CallCopy uses telephony boards made by AudioCodes. The available AudioCodes boards range from passive-tap and terminate analog cards, to passive-tap digital phone and T1 cards, to passive and terminate T1/E1 cards.
