API / SDK

cc: Discover includes an open Application Programming Interface (API) and Software Development Kit (SDK).  These tools can be used to integrate cc: Discover with your other technologies, including CRM, Workforce Management (WFM), and IVR applications.

Telephone Systems

cc: Voice recording is adaptable to most telephone systems.  Blended solutions are available, combining VoIP recording, station-side recording for digital and analog phones, and trunk recording in a single-server solution.
