Overview

On September 15, 2008, the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released an update to its Medicare Marketing Guidelines, which are designed to help marketers comply with recent additions to the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA) of 2008.
