CallCopy offers monthly education sessions for the cc: Discover Workforce Optimization Suite. These two hour sessions provide the ability to get refresher training, educate new users and learn about new features and processes.

    Do you offer any of your past trainings? I would like to view the End User and Quality Assurance Training Classes as my team missed them.
