CallCopy Coming to Wisconsin Avaya Users Group

CallCopy will be exhibiting at the Wisconsin Avaya User’s Group (WAUG) this Thursday and Friday, May 8-9.  We are looking forward to meeting the group members and showing them how CallCopy’s call recording, screen capture, quality monitoring, and survey applications can benefit their call centers.   Our cc: Discover suite is used for quality monitoring, coaching and training, call logging (100% recording) for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution, sales verifications and on-demand recording, and customer satisfaction measurements.  We have a bcc: Security module to protect customer data, such as credit card information (PCI) and patient health information (HIPAA). 

CallCopy is a gold-level member of the Avaya DeveloperConnection program, and we carry numerous certifications for active call recording with the Avaya Communications Manager and AES, as well as many passive recording solutions that do not require additional Avaya hardware or licensing.  cc: Discover can support both TDM and VoIP phone recording in a single server.
