Training

Fast and efficient support is key to customer satisfaction. CallCopy distributors may be trained to provide installation and support services, or contract those services back to CallCopy.

CallCopy's intuitive design makes training easy. We work with each client and each distributor to establish training practices uniquely suited to each company's needs and resources, including training all intended users, or conducting Train the Trainer sessions. Training can be delivered in the following manners:

  • On-site at a client's facilities as an instructor-lead curriculum
  • On-site at our office as an instructor-lead curriculum
  • On-site at our office in a lab environment
  • Live over the Internet
  • Pre-recorded sessions for preparatory and remedial training
