Jeff Canter
Chief Executive Officer and President
As CEO and co-founder, Jeff Canter oversees sales, business development, strategic partnerships, product direction, development and support services. Jeff joined CallCopy as Chief Information Officer, a role in which he was instrumental in building out the technical capabilities of the company’s product suite. Prior to joining CallCopy, Jeff grew his technical knowledge while serving as senior software engineer at CallTech Communications, a leading provider of outsourced contact center services. There, he architected and launched several key voice and data applications. Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Capital University.
Raymond Bohac
Chairman & Chief Information Officer
One of CallCopy's co-founders, it was Ray Bohac's vision that first identified the market opportunity, laid the plans for the development of the cc:Discover suite, and built the team to bring the product to market. In addition to his experience in corporate finance and business development, Ray has extensive experience in IT systems administration and application programming, specifically within the realm of Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI).
Mark Studer, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO and co-founder, Mark Studer brings more than 13 years of accounting, finance management and business development experience to CallCopy. Mark began his career at Deloitte & Touche as an audit senior before joining CallTech Communications as financial controller. As CallTech's controller, he oversaw day-to-day financial activities of the company. CallTech operated profitably during his tenure as controller. In 2004, Mark led CallTech through a successful acquisition by TeleperformanceUSA. His value did not go unnoticed, and TeleperformanceUSA promoted him to VP of Finance and then to CFO where he was directly responsible for evaluating and enhancing all financial programs for the company, including budgeting and financial reporting. Mark also oversaw the approval and processing of revenue and expenditures, and helped increase earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA). His experience with budgetary management and corporate accounting is an asset to CallCopy, bringing benefit to our daily operations management and our growth strategy. Mark graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University, earning a BSBA in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio and a graduate of the Capital University Master of Business Administration program.
Jonathan R. Dunham
Vice President of Sales
Jon Dunham is an innovative leader with proven results in closing and growing sales channels, specifically in the call center services markets. He specializes in delivering pragmatic solutions tailored to customers' needs and budgets. Jon has served in numerous management roles ranging from strategic sales planning and business development to executive management. He is a member of the Chief Sales Officer Forum and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Ohio University.
Tarne Tassniyom
Chief Technology Officer
CTO and co-founder Tarne Tassniyom began working at CallCopy in 2006, initially focusing on support, product development, and system installations. As CallCopy has grown, Tarne has transitioned into the position of Chief Technology Officer, focusing his efforts on product development as well as the management of the development team and internal IT. Tarne built his technology skills working at Heartland Bank as the information system security officer. In this position, he was charged with running the bank’s IT security program as well as developing and implementing all of their IT programs, further preparing him for his current position at CallCopy. Tarne graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2001 with a double major in computer science and economics. During his undergraduate career, he was a member of ODE (Omicron Delta Epsilon), the economics honor society, and the president of ACM (Association for Computing Machinery), the scientific computing society.
Patrick Hall
Chief Marketing Officer
As CMO and co-founder, Patrick Hall is charged with defining market strategy, managing customer experience and feedback, exploring new product opportunities, and developing business alliances. Previously, he ran CallCopy's support and implementation teams as director of client services. Patrick's career began at CallTech Communications, where as telecommunications director, he had responsibility for the teams implementing and maintaining CallTech's voice network and multiple ACD platforms. Patrick graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University, earning a BA in History, with honors.
