Director of Human Resources

Directs and manages all aspects of human resources for CallCopy. Reports directly to the office of the President. Interacts with leadership team to further enhance our team environment where members have the opportunity for professional growth in our ever growing company. Channel Development Manager

We are looking for a Channel Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team, and the opportunity is only limited by an individual’s creativity, passion and integrity. In this channel development role, you will maximize revenue performance through partners (distributors, value-added resellers, strategic partners) and help build the overall demand for CallCopy’s products.

This position requires significant cross-group coordination, business development skills and the ability to effectively maximize partner channel revenue. The ideal candidate will have channel and partner management experience, be able to formulate business strategy, and have the ability to focus at a detailed level on multiple projects simultaneously.

Job responsibilities:

  • Establish and define all activities that will increase sales through channel partners (distributors, value-added resellers, strategic partners).
  • Work closely with partners and corporate teams (channel, marketing, sales and training) to understand business priorities, identify strategic initiatives, and develop effective tactical programs to maximize partner channel revenue.
  • Present company and products at various events (webinars, partner events, customer workshops and tradeshows) and support ad hoc requests for special projects as needed.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly review of established channel goals.
  • Continually drives program improvement based on input from field and knowledge of other industry channel programs.
  • Achieve channel sales and revenue goals by ensuring that all channel programs are operating efficiently and maximizing their effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of channel and/or partner management experience at a software or technology company.
  • Experience selling into the Cisco channel network, with a focus on the contact center.
  • Proven experience developing channel programs and sales generating activities with partners
  • Ability to build and maintain partner relationships with strong interpersonal skills and ability to implement strategies. Must be both action-oriented and data driven.
  • Small company experience along with fast-pace and high growth is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working from a work-at-home environment.
  • Ideal candidate is located on the west coast of the United States, near a major airline hub.
  • Willingness and ability to accommodate different time zones and travel up to 30% of the time.

Solution Design Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Solution Design Specialist to help facilitate sales by our account managers and distributors. Our ideal candidate is well versed in telephony technologies not limited to but including TDM, VoIP, and ACD call routing.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist account managers and distributors in determining the preferred and alternate options for configuring the proposed product.
    • System design
    • Hardware profiles
    • Integration requirements/other professional services
  • Attend or present webinars to assist account managers with standard or non-standard product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Write technically oriented content for RFP responses where responses from previous RFP’s are not applicable and preparing any applicable accompanying documentation such as Visio diagrams
  • Assist with creating and maintaining technically oriented marketing material for potential or existing customers.
  • Coordinate with CallCopy implementation management team to ensure that all aspects of system design and customer expectations are clear.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently or with others.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
  • Solid fundamentals of database design and implementation. MS SQL preferred.
  • Telecom experience in TDM and VoIP environments including ACD/PBX programming and knowledge of TSAPI/CSTA interfaces is a plus.
  • Call center / contact center experience is also a plus.
  • Microsoft Office experience, including Visio.

The Solution Design Specialist will assist account managers in determining the preferred and alternate options for configuring the products proposed (system design, hardware profiles, integration requirements and other professional services). The Solution Design Specialist will sit in on or present webinars and may assist with non-standard product demos for a newer account managers, providing creativity to the available features as required to demonstrate a suitable solution for the needs of the client with respect to the available functionality in the system.

The Solution Design Specialist will work with an account manager on the technical specs for a quote or proposal, and with the technical and sales personnel at distributor companies to review configurations, including providing content for technically oriented RFP responses where responses from previous RFP’s are not applicable, and preparing accompanying documentation such as Visio diagrams.

Business Development Rep - Lead Qualification and Nurturing

This position will support both marketing and sales with the goal of generating qualified sales opportunities, as well as nurturing prospective opportunities, through active outbound & inbound calls and emails.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting for a leading Call Recording and Quality Monitoring solution.
  • Qualify all leads received via the phone, web, trade events and other campaigns.
  • Account research and follow-up on assigned accounts.
  • Identify target companies based on size, revenue and vertical market for outbound call campaigns.
  • Discuss details of prospect's projects, needs, budget and business processes.
  • Engage in sales strategy sessions and product training to better leverage our products and services

Sales Associate

We are seeking experienced salespeople to help grow our direct and indirect sales channels. Our ideal direct sales candidate has at least five years of technology sales experience, preferably within the contact center industry. Our ideal indirect sales candidate has at least five years experience in building and managing successful distribution networks for technology companies.

Customer Support Engineer

We are seeking experienced technical support and customer service representatives to provide industry leading service for our new and existing clients. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of advanced help desk experience with maintaining Windows servers, networking and applications. Applicants should be well versed in TDM and VoIP telephony concepts, with experience deploying and maintaining enterprise level software solutions. Must be local to Columbus, OH.

Install Technician

We are seeking technically inclined and engaging technicians for installing and configuring systems for remote and on-location CallCopy clients. Candidates must have intermediate understanding of Windows Server, networking, and telephony systems. Applicants will need to work well independently; and, effectively demonstrate to educate customers on the basic operation and administration of our systems. Must be able to travel nationally and internationally at least one week out of the month. Must be local to Columbus, OH.

Lead .NET Software Developer

We are looking for a lead developer who will be the senior developer in a development team.  This is a hands-on development role and this person will act as a mentor for less experienced developers.  We are looking for someone who truly enjoys working with others and helping less experienced developers improve their coding skills.

The right person will have at least 4 years of experience; but, most importantly will be able to write eloquent and efficient code. You may also have some Technical Project Coordinator responsibilties on development projects. Our ideal candidate is well versed in diverse programming languages, creative, eager to learn new technologies, and able to work independently.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Create, coordinate, and review build team estimates. They may coordinate and plan maintenance activities working closely with the Platform Team Lead.
  • Mentor new team members on project procedures and processes.

Senior Software Development Manager

In this role you will manage an energetic and fast moving development team. If you know how to use just the right amount of process to ensure that deliverables are met, this may be a great role for you. This is not your typical large company Project Management role.
