Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. Our ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, a quick learner, and has great communication skills. Job responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Booking travel
- Organizing company outings
- Inputting data in QuickBooks
- Filing
- Answering main phone
- Providing new hire orientation

Inside Sale Rep - Lead Qualification and Nurturing
This position will support both marketing and sales with the goal of generating qualified sales opportunities, as well as nurturing prospective opportunities, through active out-bound calls and emails.
Duties include:
- Outbound suspect qualification and account research (60 connects per week)
- Inbound suspect qualification and follow-up
- Qualify all leads received via the phone, web, info alias, trade events, and other campaigns
- Use pre-determined follow-ups (calls, voice-mail, and email) to establish dialog with busy decision makers
- Identify target companies based on size, revenue, and vertical market for outbound contacting.
- Discuss details of prospect's projects, needs, budget, and business processes
- Participate in sales strategy sessions and product training to better assist prospects
- Participate in ongoing training of team
- Help manage database integrity and tracking of prospect activity
- Data entry with attention to detail on those contacted
- Participate as member of sales team, team culture, and team building exercises

Application Developer
We are seeking dedicated systems programmers to optimize our existing products and to develop new software applications. Our ideal candidate is well versed in diverse programming languages, creative, eager to learn new technologies such as VoIP and CTI, and able to work independently. Must be local to Columbus, OH.
Sales Associate
We are seeking experienced salespeople to help grow our direct and indirect sales channels. Our ideal direct sales candidate has at least 5 years of technology sales experience, preferably within the contact center industry. Our ideal indirect sales candidate has at least 5 years experience in building and managing successful distribution networks for technology companies.
Customer Support Engineer
We are seeking experienced technical support and customer service representatives to provide industry leading service for our new and existing customers. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of advanced helpdesk experience with maintaining Windows servers, networking and applications. Applicants should be well versed in TDM and VoIP telephony concepts, with experience deploying and maintaining enterprise level software solutions. Must be local to Columbus, OH.
Install Technician
We are seeking technically inclined and engaging technicians for installing and configuring systems for CallCopy customers remotely and on location. Candidates must have intermediate understanding of Windows Server, networking, and telephony systems. Applicants will need to work well independently, and be able to effectively demonstrate to and train customers on the basic operation and administration of our systems. Must be able to travel nationally and internationally at least one week out of the month.Must be local to Columbus, OH.
Quality Assurance Analyst
We are seeking dedicated quality assurance analyst to assist in the identification and testing of defects prior to general availability of software releases. Our ideal candidate is well versed in diverse testing methodologies, detail oriented, eager to learn new technologies, and able to work independently.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Identify and document defects.
- Design and create scripts for automated and regression testing.
- Recreating and documenting defects reported by customers.
- Maintain general quality assurance policies and documentation.
- Must be able to explain defects to developers and detailed recreation steps.
- Must be able to work independently on projects and tasks.
- Provides regular updates to supervisor and project managers with regard to project progress and outstanding issues.
Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum 3 years experience in quality assurance or software testing.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues & operating system issues.
- Strong understanding of software.
- Working knowledge of SQL and general scripting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Telephony experience is also a plus.
